HOW DO I JOIN?

To join The VIP Shopper Club: , click on "Become a VIP Member. Join Now." Complete all fields in the registration form. Be sure to check the box at the top verifying you are 13 years of age or older. Once the form is completed, click submit. You will then receive a verification email that will include a link. You must follow the instructions in this email to activate your membership.

HOW DO I VIEW AND/OR PRINT THE COUPONS?

Once in The VIP Lounge you will see a list of your chosen Chelsea Premium Outlet Centers. Next to each center you will see the # of offers that are currently available for that center. Click on the Center Name to view the offers. Once you have located an offer you are interested in, click on it. This will bring up a pop-up window displaying the coupon. To print the coupon, go to the menu within the pop-up window. Select File and then select print.

 


WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE COUPONS IN THE VIP LOUNGE AND THE COUPONS IN THE VIP COUPON BOOK?

The coupons posted in The VIP Lounge are different and often above and beyond the coupons in the VIP Coupon Book. These offers are available only for a limited time.

 


WHAT IF I DO NOT HAVE A PRINTER OR MY PRINTER IS NOT WORKING?

This is an online club. To enjoy all the benefits, you must have access to a working printer.

 

HOW DO I CHANGE OR ADD TO MY LIST OF SELECTED CENTERS?

To edit your list of selected centers, please log into The VIP Lounge. Once you are in The VIP Lounge click on "My Account", check or uncheck the centers you wish to add or remove, and then click on "Submit".


 

WHEN DOES MY VIP COUPON BOOK VOUCHER EXPIRE?

Your VIP Coupon Book voucher is valid for one month from the date you download the coupon. You must enter The VIP Lounge and download your VIP Coupon Book voucher less than 30 days before you plan to use it.

 

WHAT IF I FORGET MY VOUCHER OR COUPON?

You must present your printed voucher or coupon in order to receive a VIP Coupon Book or discount.

 

WILL I RECEIVE EMAILS FROM ADVERTISERS OR OTHER COMPANIES?

No, you will not receive emails from third parties unless you elected to do so during registration.
